As part of ‘Employee Wellbeing’ and under the Empowerment pillar, the Corporate Communications Office, in collaboration with the Human Resources Division, is delighted to introduce the launch of "BERWAZ". This initiative aims to support and acknowledge exceptional employees, honoring and celebrating their achievements by spotlighting three outstanding individuals each month. It involves dedicating a space in the academy to showcase the selected employees' efforts, including quotes and testimonials from colleagues, to applaud their exceptional contributions and recognize their impactful and positive role in the academy's journey towards excellence and leadership.
In alignment with International Women's Day, observed today, March 8, we are proud to dedicate the month of March to featuring three distinguished female colleagues, underscoring the inspiring role of women and their significant contributions as key partners in development.
